OLAY MOISTURIZING BODY WASH

STRATEGY

The Challenge: Develop a video that intuitively demonstrates the science of Olay Body Wash. 

IDEATION

Demo DiscoveryTM sessions were held with our creatives, technology experts, production team, and the Olay R&D group to develop and enhance a compelling product performance visualization.

DESIGN

In their labs, Olay scientists were able to demonstrate the Olay skin benefit utilizing flowers.  Our designers used this inspiration to amplify the lab demo and to find the right flowers, context, and time lapse to best bring the benefit to life in a beautiful way. 

PRODUCTION

We produced, directed, and shot this time lapse product demonstration in our in-house studio.  In addition to the demo itself, we produced copy that included in-shower production, product usage, voiceover, and celebrity talent.

LAUNCH

This video ultimately has been used on Olay’s website, on eCommerce sites, and for customer sales presentations.  With Katherine Webb as the celebrity talent, additional buzz was created across social media channels.  And in October 2017, the demo was integrated into Olay’s national TV commercial!
